Seino Kensetsu offers an innovative method for reinforced concrete wall structures using internal and external insulation formwork materials, known as the SISJ (Internal and External Insulation) method. This method utilizes two fire-resistant expanded polystyrene formwork boards that can be easily stacked like building blocks. After curing the concrete, there is no need for removal, as the formwork serves as insulation. They also offer system formworks such as TRIO couplers, BFD couplers, VARIOColumn, and GRIDFLEX.
Founded in 1946 as Seino Mokuzai Seisakusho (Woodworking), Seino Kensetsu has developed with the philosophy that "a company's growth is built on customer satisfaction." Celebrating its 75th anniversary in 2021, Seino Kensetsu continues to leverage its extensive experience and expertise to provide construction services that consider both customer needs and environmental impact. Their services encompass a wide range, from construction, civil engineering, paving, and solar power to ground screws, system formwork, SISJ method, developer services, IPH method, and sandblasting for corporate clients. They also specialize in residential construction, remodeling, exteriors, and solar power installations for individual clients.
Seino Kensetsu's SISJ method provides high insulation performance with 55mm thick internal and external insulation, significantly reducing heating and cooling costs. This high insulation performance is especially beneficial for hospitals and nursing homes where people are constantly present. Additionally, the method's ability to distribute and absorb loads across the entire wall enhances earthquake resistance.
The SISJ method has been used in the construction of facilities for the elderly, offices, stores, and residential buildings, highlighting its excellent insulation properties, which are ideal for comfortable living and working environments. Other system formwork options are commonly used in the construction of L-shaped retaining walls, storage tanks, and warehouses. The suitable formwork depends on the specific construction needs, so it is advisable to consult with them to find the best solution for your project.
Seino Kensetsu's SISJ method is notable for its insulation, energy efficiency, seismic resistance, durability, cost-effectiveness, and sound insulation. The construction process involves foundation work followed by SISJ assembly, exterior, and interior work, leading to project completion. The system formwork not only offers these benefits but also eliminates the need for formwork removal, as it remains as insulation, thereby shortening construction periods and reducing costs.
We have selected formwork manufacturers from 55 companies found through a Google search for 'formwork panel manufacturers' as of February 1, 2022. The selection is based on the following criteria:
Based on construction examples, we have assessed the the number of construction cases handled, and categorized them into residential, commercial buildings, and civil engineering. We recommend those that simplify the installation process the most.
