Ganjitsu Matere

This manufacturer does NOT have a website in English that presents their products for international markets. However, we do provide relevant information on this page, so please take a look.

Ganjitsu Matere offers high-strength FRP formwork known as the "G Panel." Made from glass fiber roving, glass fiber cloth, and polyester, the G Panel is designed to endure hundreds of reuses, significantly reducing construction costs. The panels are easily connected with one-touch clip operations, eliminating the need for skilled labor. Additionally, the high dimensional accuracy ensures a flawless finish without the need for repairs, enabling precise construction and shortening the construction period.

Features of Ganjitsu Matere

Founded in 2008 in Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Ganjitsu Matere specializes in the development, manufacturing, and sale of various products, including the FRP formwork system "G Panel System," the insulation formwork system "Ganbari Board," and the FRP single-pipe "G Pipe." The G Pipe is also registered with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism's NETIS (New Technology Information System). They focus on RC construction with high insulation and aesthetic finishes, providing materials and constructing buildings using our proprietary methods for both apartment complexes and private homes.

Technology at Ganjitsu Matere

In addition to the G Panel System, Ganjitsu Matere has developed the "Ganbari Construction Method," which uses the concrete formwork "Ganbari Board" integrated with aluminum exterior walls. By utilizing 2mm thick aluminum extrusion materials as the finishing material for exterior walls, they achieve not only durability but also a luxurious design. Their unique insulation formwork board and insulation separator in the G external insulation method, along with the G Panel used in the G internal insulation method, provide both beautiful finishes and cost reductions.

Applicable Constructions from Examples of Ganjitsu Matere

Ganjitsu Matere has extensive experience constructing RC residential buildings using G Panels and the Ganbari construction method. For a three-story RC rental apartment building, they adopted the entire Ganbari Board. For another three-story RC apartment building, external G Panels were used to enhance internal insulation.

The external insulation method offers two variations: durable aluminum exterior walls and the flexibility to choose exterior materials with post-installation construction. Meanwhile, some formwork manufacturers produce and sell formwork intended for non-residential construction.

Select Appropriate System Formwork for Construction Project

Ganjitsu Matere uses FRP system formwork designed for residential construction, such as private homes and apartment buildings. This system formwork reduces the number of processes and simplifies operations, resulting in fewer variations in finish due to workers' skill levels. Most system formworks are made of plastic or metal, which allows them to be reused many times, making it a significant advantage. In addition to residential construction, some manufacturers provide system formworks for civil engineering and building construction, so it is essential to select the appropriate formwork for the specific construction project.
