NETIS (New Technology Information System) is a database managed by Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) to share and provide information on new technologies. As of May 2018, it features information on approximately 2,900 innovative technologies that can be utilized in public works. NETIS is free to use and accessible to anyone at any time.
New technologies registered with NETIS are used on construction sites, where their implementation effects are verified and feedback is provided to companies. The goal is to achieve a "spiral-up" of technology through repeated development, utilization, and verification. Leveraging these technologies can provide various benefits.

The Gatch system formwork, made of FRP, reduces the labor involved in formwork construction by modularizing concrete formwork down to the corners. This system's superior reusability is a key feature.
